VENICE, Fla. (WWSB) - Sarasota Memorial Health Care leaders and hospital board members broke ground Friday morning on an $82.5 million rehabilitation pavilion at the SMH-Venice campus.This marks another major investment that expands access to advanced medical care in the growing south Sarasota County region.The new pavilion is expected to open in the summer of 2028.
