Mostly dry conditions expected for Halloween before rain returns to Central Florida — Vero Beach Community news

Halloween celebrations across Central Florida should stay mostly dry, despite a few passing showers in the forecast.Partly cloudy skies and breezy conditions are expected on Friday, with only isolated showers possible. Most communities should remain on the dry side for much of the day, giving trick-or-treaters and those attending Halloween festivities favorable weather conditions. However, don’t completely rule out rain. There is a 20% to 30% chance of brief showers through the afternoon and evening hours. Temperatures will climb into the low to mid-80s, with overnight lows settling into the low 70s.Similar conditions are expected Saturday, with partly cloudy skies, occasional breezes and a few isolated showers.A much wetter weather pattern is expected to develop Sunday, bringing more widespread showers and storms across Central Florida. The higher rain chances will continue into Monday, potentially producing rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches in many locations over the two-day period.Hall
