Central Florida faces breezy Halloween with isolated evening rain — Vero Beach Community news

Halloween is starting off humid and breezy. Better rain chances will arrive during the early afternoon but, thankfully, will not be as widespread during trick-or-treating times. The wind, however, will be hanging around. We are tracking wind gusts today as high as 30 mph throughout much of central Florida.Isolated rain chances will remain possible for Marion, Sumter and Lake counties during the evening. No thunderstorms are expected.Temperatures were also great over the last few days and will remain in the mid-80s for the next few days.Better rain chances will arrive Sunday and Monday with a warm front moving up from the south. Some areas could see as much as two to three inches of rain.Click here to download our free news, weather and smart TV apps. And click here to stream Channel 9 Eyewitness News live.
